I dont understand why a child would need psychiatric counseling if s/he is highly playful! Children are playful and hyperactive, I understand its hard to manage them, but, why refer to a psychiatrist?

The issue of applications have already begun. I guess it may be for another day or 2 please rush immediately. They start distributing by 9:30 AM and usually there is a huge crowd for that.
